It works great! The fingerprint reader is fast and reliable. It's a little bulky, but it matches the other handles in the house well. It's easy to charge, and there's a convenient key in case the battery dies. Overall, it was a great buy.

I purchased this to keep the snack bandits our kids out of the pantry and it is working well. Fingerprint entry is great but fingers need to be clean and dry for it to work. Instead of paying for hot school lunch everyday we get to save money by actually having enough snacks to pack a lunch for the kiddos. Was skeptical about this off brand lock but it is working just fine and it comes with two keys.

I wasn't 100% sure what to expect from this item except that I would be able to use my fingerprint to unlock my door after getting it and setting up the handle which was actually much easier than I expected I noticed that it automatically locks. Which is made my life a lot less stressful I use it for my office door so that I can protect the data on my PC and of course any products that I bring in that being said once it's locked even though the handle turns the door will not open until you use the fingerprint there are keys included and it also has a option to set up a passcode I opted out of using a passcode and I'm just using the fingerprint and key method to open the door so it's definitely worth it if you're looking for a affordable addition to the security of your home or office or any room in your home I do know it can hold multiple fingerprints but since this was being used for my personal space it only has mine on it

I bought this to keep my toddler from opening the door to the basement and possibly falling down the stairs. I wanted something to look like the rest of the door levers in our house and this matches well. The reviews and the price sold me. Install was a breeze and I was even able to use the latch that I had in the door from the lever I replaced. The biometric is incredibly fast and responsive, and you can turn off the lock with a simple hold of a button

The instructions to install the door handle were easy to read and detailed enough to understand. There are pictures that added more clarity if there was any confusion.

Once the install is done, I added my finger print (or attempted to). I thought my fingerprint was in the system, but when I tried to unlock the door it would not unlock. It wasn't until I opened the app to add my fingerprint and the instructions were clear.

Adding the code was easy to follow.

The instruction book gives more information on how to reset your code/finger prints as well.

When entering the code/fingerprint, the sound for each button is unbearably loud. However, if you open the app, you can change the volume of the lock navigation sounds to normal, low, or mute.

In the app, you can check the lock history, unlock the door remotely, and manage your finger print and code. You are also able to add your voice lock (although I have not turned on that option yet).

My first impressions of this keyless lock set was how strong it is. The unit was easy to set up and install and worked perfectly with my door. This unit runs on batteries so I am a bit concerned with how long they last and will update this review with more info as I've used it for a longer time. Overall I am very happy with this keyless lock!

I got this door lock for over three weeks and today I finally decided to install it. This is after I found out that the measures are matching with my existing traditional lock, so I don’t have to do any drilling or chipping.
Installation and initialization are quite straightforward. If you find it difficult reading the manual, you can scan the barcode on the manual’s cover and watch the YT video, which is very clear. It took me roughly 30 minutes to take out the old lock and put on this one.
The setup through the app is quite simple after I struggled for about 10 minutes to get my phone app recognize it, but once I took the battery out and re-inserted it in, the app found the lock right away. Make sure to follow the manual for setting this up because it has pretty clear instructions.
The quality of this lock seems to be a well-built and robust deadbolt. It has a solid construction and sleek design. Looks pretty modern.
The lock offers multiple unlocking options, including fingerprint recognition, a touch keypad (password), traditional keys, magnetic cards, and control through the phone app.
The response time is swift, with no noticeable delays when unlocking, and it even has voice prompts for added convenience. The lock is always secure, remaining in a locked position when not in use.
Additionally, there's an emergency USB-C power supply option. I think this allows you to unlock the door even if the batteries run out, so you won’t get locked out.
Overall, it's a reliable and versatile smart lock.

I bought this Fingerprint door lock to put on my pantry door as a deterrent from mindlessly snacking and it's worked well for that. Sure, you can still get in, but it makes you stop and think for a second if you really need whatever it is you were grazing for. It also helps if you have kids who like to grab extra snacks.

Installation was as simple as any other door knob really, with just one additional step to run the cord through the hardware and connect it on the other side. I'd say it took me about 20 minutes to take off the old one and install/program this one.

The IRONZON Keyless Entry Door Lock is relatively inexpensive, looks great when paired with a black door knob, and was fairly easy to install in about 15 minutes. That said, I did have a bit of a problem programing it. Also of note, this keyless entry lock is battery operated and requires 4 AA batteries.

Pros:
Took me 10 minutes overall to get this thing on, 5 minutes to remove the old, and 5 minutes to install + program.
Finger printing was easy on my part, had no issues reading whatsoever

Cons:
Would be better if it allowed shorter passwords (minimum of 6)
Ability to remove existing fingerprints from the registry

Overall, it is a good product, and satisfies a need as I occasionally forget my keys or just need the ease of access if someone needs to be in my room when I am not home.

Would happily buy again

These are solid, and work well. Super easy to program, yet seem secure. We're using for our front door which has a deadbolt for nighttime, but then a normal latch for entry. We installed this to keep that door locked whenever it's closed, and to allow the kids to enter during the day without having to carry a key. So far, so good.
My ONLY complaint is that the deadlatch that comes with this has a chrome plate. We have black hardware everywhere, and these handles are black, but then the latches for the door are chrome? Worse still, they aren't the type you can pop off and replace. I was able to pry them off, but it wasn't easy, and I had to re-flatten the backplate. While I would've just gone with the chrome, the faceplate had square edges, while I needed radius to fit the cutout in the door. Since I decided to get these for all of the bedrooms as well, I went online and found a complete new deadlatch set for $8. Unfortunately, they were $20 on Amazon, so I can't share the site I bought them from. Needless to say, I hope they update this with a swappable faceplate in the future. Otherwise, these are really neat!!!

As someone who isn't super handy, installing was basically a breeze other than I did not test it prior to install (rookie move) the first one I received, seemed to be defective and did not have any power but I reached out to customer service and they were able to replace it quickly and have one shipped to me within a day. The second time around, it took less than 10 mins to install. I really like it so far! The only thing that would make this lock better is some type of confirmation from the inside that the door is locked. I'm big on safety and double check all doors at night and that does seem to bother me a bit. Overall, the handle seems to be really good quality and the packaging was great! Also, I love that they provide a QR code with a how to video.

Works well really cool. Easy to install and set up!! Highly recommend. I'm not sure I'd want to expose this to the elements but great for interior doors.

490T has been a great addition to our home. I like having multiple unlocking methods, especially the app for remote control. It is perfect when you are in a rush.

The multiple ways to unlock the door make it perfect for my household. My parents use the IC card, while I prefer the fingerprint feature. A great balance of security and convenience.
