When you add devices in the app, we will collect their unique identifiers or MAC addresses and associate this information with your app account. With your informed consent, we may request Wi-Fi SSID or Bluetooth information to connect devices to the internet. When you log into your account, we may collect session-related information, including your login records, date and time, the products you logged in with, numbers assigned to your account, and unique identifiers assigned to your devices, as well as your IP address.
Demographic Information: Such as your country and preferred language.
If you choose to log in using a third-party platform, we will collect your account information from that third party. If you use alternative login methods, you will allow us to access the email address you registered with on the third-party account to bind it to your account. For personal information that we need but that third parties cannot provide, we will inform you and request it through system prompts or similar means.

If you make a purchase through our platform, we will collect the information necessary to process your order, such as your shipping address, transaction time, ordered products, amounts, payment records, contact information, payment channels, and third-party payment account information (consumer transactions will be handled by secure third-party institutions). When you set up device scenarios, we may collect information regarding the scenario name, conditions, actions performed, and validity period.
Error Reports and Performance Data: Information about the type or severity of issues, detailed information about software or hardware related to the errors, and content related to the errors when they occur.
Maintenance Information: Communication/call records and related information collected to provide you with consulting, technical support, after-sales service, and other services for the product via phone, online, etc.

Data regarding your hardware, software, communications with us, machines, and applications used to support product functionalities and services, including:

If you wish to delete your account, you can contact us or delete it directly through the "Profile – Account and Security – Delete Account" option in the app. Unless otherwise required by law, after deleting your account, we will stop providing you with services and delete your personal information as per your request.

IRONZON does not offer services to children and does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18 (or the age as required by applicable local law). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 through our websites or services, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 18 and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us directly. Upon verification, we will promptly terminate the child’s account or services and remove the personal information from our systems.
